The steps below show how to order your cards or high resolution pdf (when you would like to have your cards printed locally). Please also read our terms and conditions.

1. Do you like our style or do you trust we can design a card that meets your wishes? Please fill out the order form and clearly describe your wishes.
2. Soon after you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email..
3. 4CARDS aims to send you a pdf or your card within two working days (Monday - Friday).
4. You send us an email with your wishes for changes. (>3 times costs Euro 15,- per round).
5. 4CARDS aims to send you a pdf of your new card within two working days.
6. Are you fully satisfied? Tell us by mail.
7. Do you wish us to have the cards printed for you, please go to step 8. Do you wish to print locally and only receive a high res pdf or your card please go to step 15.
8. We print a sample of your card (printed every Thursday, sent by mail on Friday) after you have transfered € 7,50 into our bank account.

9. After you have seen your sample card, please tell us by mail about the changes you would like to see.
10. We aim to send you a pdf of your new card within two working days (Monday - Friday).
11. Send us your final approval via email.
12. We can also take care of your envelopes, which we can send to you in many different colours. Please contact us for more information.
13. Before we will print the cards we would like to receive the complete payment. Please check step 8 for bank details.
14. Inform us via email when you would like the cards to be printed.
    In case of birth announcements: When your baby is born please inform us on working days before 9.00 am (CET+1) about names, date, times, weight, length and other details via muriel@4cards.nl or +31 6 439 90 634. Always leave a message. The cards will be printed the same day (after you approve the final pdf) and sent by courier.
15. Before we will send you a high resolution pdf we would like to receive the complete payment. Please see step 8 for bank details.
